| TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT |
For our visitors who plan to use public transport to Bodnant Garden, we thought the following might be of assistance to you.
BY TRAIN: Best railway station to alight is Llandudno Junction, and then take the bus from there. There is an unmanned railway halt at Tal-y-Cafn railway station, but this entails a two mile walk along a busy road with no pavements in order to reach Bodnant Garden.
BY BUS: The #25 bus from Llandudno, via Deganwy, Llandudno Junction (railway station) and Glan Conwy stops right outside the Garden´s car park. This hourly service, Monday to Saturday except Bank Holidays, is operated by Arriva Bus Company and timetables are available from Traveline Public Transport Info Tel: 0871 2002233 |
| BODNANT GARDEN IS FUN FOR CHILDREN TOO |
Bodnant Garden is a delight for all age groups and our younger visitors can also enjoy using our:
1. Family Trail booklet, full of engaging questions and exciting puzzles to keep active minds entertained throughout the Garden.
2. A variety of garden-related Activity Sheets including Brambly Hedge, Beatrix Potter, Wind in the Willows, Stonework and Statuary, Mad about Trees, and Flower Fairies which will stimulate interest and undertanding of aspects of Bodnant Garden.
3. Exciting themed Explorer Back-Packs. There are 3 different Packs to chose from - ´Artist´ Pack, ´Bugs and Plants´ Pack and ´Fairy´ Pack - all are fun, interesting and educational too, and will help to make your child´s visit even more enjoyable.
